Points are broken down by the following.... (10) points for each artist track (3) points for each tape/disc an artist appears on (8) points for each track that appears on a "Decade" or "Year End" tape/disc (5) points for each track that appears on a "Best Of" tape   (10) points for each track that appears on the "20" series Ties are broken by following.... If total number of points are the same, the artist with the most "Best Of" tracks get the higher ranking, even if they have fewer total tracks. If points, tracks and "Best Of" points are identical, the artist with the earliest entry to the library series will get the higher ranking.
